Presidents Message
Happy New Year! I hope everyone had safe and happy holiday season.
CAI Wisconsin is busy preparing for the upcoming annual Trade Show scheduled for February 22, 2013. Be sure to mark your calendars to save the date and share the information with your neighbors! There are educational seminars, roundtable discussions, and the industry vendors will be at their booths to answer your questions and provide information.
We are happy to announce our newest committee, the Marketing and Public Relations committee. Amber Otto of Prospect Management is the Chair of this Committee; if you are interested in serving on the committee please contact her.
Make sure to visit the events “calendar” on our website http://www.cai-wi.org/ for the 2013 calendar of events. We incorporated your requests so there are lots of great programs scheduled for 2013, including a legal seminar!
We also want to extend a thank you to the CAI Wisconsin Board Members whose terms are expiring and they will be leaving the Board in February. Thank you to Dan Miske from Whyte Hirschboeck Dudek S.C., and Ted Salgado from Reserve Advisors, they will be deeply missed. However, they will continue to volunteer on their respective committees and of course we welcome their valuable input to our organization.
CAI is celebrating its 40th Anniversary in 2013! Congratulations CAI! Thank you to all our members who make it possible to learn, network and grow our knowledge about community associations.
