| A small property Management firm in the Chicago suburbs is looking to expand its service offering into the Wisconsin market. We are a very entrepreneurial firm which rewards employees for performance. We are looking for individuals who have 4 years experience in homeowner association industry (Homeowner and Condominium) either as a property manager or a board member. Individuals must be service oriented, possess problem solving skills, dispute resolution skills, and possess general business acumen. Above average computer skills are necessary to be able to utilize industry software.We require all employees to have their CMCA certification as it distinguishes the benchmark of the quality of service we want to provide. AMS and PCAMs are also strongly encouraged to apply.Our compensation package is very competitive and includes a bonus based upon your ability to bring in clients and satisfy those client needs. Additionally, there is a bonus for the ability to attractive other top talent to join your team.
